Client Refund Portal

This page is for clients who previously held CPF Domestic insurance policies with Aon and have been identified as eligible for a refund relating to a multi-policy discount that was not applied for part of their insurance cover. 

If this applies to you, Aon will have contacted you directly. To receive your refund, please visit our Client Refund Portal to securely provide your bank account details so we can arrange payment. 

Once your details have been successfully submitted through the portal, your refund should be processed within 10 working days.
